T&C's and FAQs
These terms and conditions only apply to public events and events on woodland sites. All private bookings will receive a different set of T&Cs with their booking confirmation.
GETTING TO US
Our woodland events mostly take place at sites in Fring in North West Norfolk. Free onsite parking will be provided to customers. Upon confirmation of your booking you will be provided with full details of the location of the event along with travel advice and contact details for local taxi services. Trains run from London King’s Cross to King’s Lynn which is then a 20 minute taxi journey.
EVENTS
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
Your ticket includes what is listed on the event page at your time of booking - see our “what’s on” page for further details. There will be a small number of homemade cocktails, local wines, beers and non-alcoholic options available on site. We also offer a corkage fee of £30 per bottle of wine.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING?
Our dress code is smart casual. All of our events take place outdoors. Whilst we always hope for pleasant conditions we recommend that you also bring a warm and waterproof layer. Please wear suitable outdoor footwear.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We always aim to provide an open air experience for our guests. In the event of wet weather a canopy will be placed over the tables and dining area. Unless we are experiencing extreme/dangerous weather, events will not be cancelled.

MENU
DO YOU CATER FOR VEGETARIANS?
Yes. We offer two menu options to our guests - omnivore or vegetarian.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES?
We are currently unable to cater for allergies as we cannot guarantee cross contamination due to the nature of our events being held outdoors. Please be sure to include any dislikes at the time of your booking. If you have any queries regarding the menu please get in touch.
I DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL CAN I STILL ATTEND?
Non drinkers are of course welcome and suitable non-alcoholic alternatives will be provided. Please include details when prompted at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
WHAT DO I DO IF I CANNOT ATTEND?
We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy. We recommend that you time your arrival at the site at least ten minutes before the advertised start time so that you have time to park and make your way to the meeting point for the start of the event. Latecomers may miss important information and a welcome drink upon arrival. It is important to us that everyone gets the same Grounded Table experience so please allow plenty of time when travelling.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE EVENT?
In severe weather conditions we will always try to relocate the event to a suitable indoor location before we consider cancelling; however, there may be extreme circumstances in which we would have no choice but to cancel your event. If this happens guests will be offered a gift voucher for the full value of the original booking which can be used to book onto any future event for which we have availability.
